The concept of value is now more than ever central to the life of the company. If we analyzing alternative strategies, is essential to apply models for measuring the realizable value and not simply rely on the intuition. From this premise, we designed EValue as a simple but complete to indicate to management the value: how to score it, create it and communicate it. It is also useful for investors and analysts who apply the cash flow evaluation model, as the correct form of fundamental analysis of equity capital, which binds directly to the value of the company that it can generate economic returns from their economic and financial activities.
The software is useful for:
- estimate the value of financial and operating alternatives for strategies and specifici programmi, as new products, investments, R.&D. project, new market, joint-venture agreement, etc;
- assess extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, disinvestment, recapitalizations and share buybacks;
